As she walked down the street, a sign caught Town Star VOX #7845‘s eye: “Open Auditions for Les MisVOXables.” It certainly couldn’t hurt to audition, right?
There wasn’t a dry eye in the room when Town Star VOX #7845 finished SINGING her audition song: “One VOX More.” Before she knew it, it was opening night!
Calming her nerves, Town Star VOX #7845 headed backstage to get ready for the big performance. She struggled to get into the right mental blockspace as the cacophony of noise backstage overwhelmed her.
Desperate for some peace and quiet, Town Star VOX #7845 attempted to slip away from the craziness of the backstage into a nearby closet… and stepped on a rubber duck she hadn’t noticed. She froze as its piercing squeak drew stares from everyone.
Dropping her head in embarrassment, she scurried away to a corner of the room, trying to forget what just happened.
After several long, painful minutes of trying to review her lines, Town Star VOX #7845 breathed a sigh of relief as an overhead announcement boomed out that it was time for every VOX to take their places. The show was about to begin!
The performance was a hit! Thanks to Town Star VOX #7845, the cast received a standing ovation, as well as various gifts from the audience.
